On the 24th of December 1990 at the Institute of Experimental Medicine of the Academy of Sciences, Siberian Branch, in the Dikson urban-type settlement near the north polar circle—
Deep in the frigid recesses of the research facility, there is a curious spiral-shaped device made of a reflective aluminum alloy, within it is a psychonaut wrapped in various electronic equipment. The man is told to focus on various ancient symbols, pictograms, and glyphs until a certain arcane triune symbol—representing past, present, and future—is placed in the chamber. What occurs astonishes the scientists: around the apparatus emanates an intense field, a field of pure terror. Anyone who approaches the device immediately begins to feel wild, unjustified fear. Moving away causes the fear to dissipate until eventually, it fades.
In subsequent experiments, various trans-mundane phenomena emanate from the space inside the mirror device: powerful magnetic anomalies are measured as well as electrical manifestations, “plasmoids”, similar in appearance to ball lightning. Over the course of the experiments, according to some witnesses in the surrounding settlement, strange polar lights would cascade directly over the building. These spectacular events were only the beginning of a journey, by all accounts, into the world’s most successful ESP research.
"At Dixon, a cycle of long-term studies of the 'Kozyrev space' was
begun, which theoretically allowed for the presence of 'past and future in
the present' and the possibility of observing future, yet unrealized events
at high latitudes."
—Alexander Trofimov
“We have created mirrors which enable us to explore the paradox of cosmic entanglement of consciousness and the effect of superposition of consciousness in space and time at the modern scientific level. This is only possible in Kozyrev's Mirrors.”
—A. Trofimov
It was assumed by these scientists, operating according to the Cosmist theories of Vlail Kaznacheev and Alexander Trofimov, that these phenomena were the reaction of the Earth's geomagnetic grid to human thought forms, amplified by their device. In this way, the symbol on the inside mirror device interacted with the “information field” of the Earth.
According to Trofimov and Kaznacheev—
1) our planet’s electromagnetic field is actually a kind of “veil” that filters time and place down to our everyday Newtonian reality — enabling us to have the human experience of linear time,
2) in the absence of an electromagnetic field, we have access to an energy field of “instantaneous locality” that underlies our reality,
3) that the limiting effect of the electromagnetic field on an individual is moderated by the amount of solar electromagnetic activity occurring while that person was in utero, and
4) that once a person has accessed these states, his consciousness remains enhanced.
This of course dovetails perfectly with the findings of Ebner. The electro-biological field interacts with the larger cosmic field. This is how magnetosensitivity is formed - a measure of the perception of magnetic factors imbued into the organism, affecting its ability to respond in that system.
This sensitivity to the greater “cosmic” system is one of the main components of the fundamental properties of living matter which, according to Kaznacheev, is called cosmophilia. "Cosmophiles" more easily enter into interaction with cosmic flows; in contrast to them, “cosmophobes” have lost their original geocosmic sensory property.
In the early 1990s in Russia, “Kozaryev’s Mirrors” were used in experiments on supersensory perception conducted at the Institute of Experimental Medicine under the guidance of scientists at the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences V. P. Kaznacheeva and led to astonishing results announced in the press:
“It turned out that a person placed in the focus of these mirrors, and in fact - in the focus of his own reflected radiation, suddenly has strange visions ... Professor Kaznacheev believes that these phenomena are the reaction of the Earth's information field, with the help of the Kozyrev device, to the introduction of human thought forms”
Nikolai Aleksandrovich Kozyrev, the famous Soviet astronomer, posited a series of hypotheses, which were used in substantiating the effects of the “Kozaryev-type” devices. In particular, his publications mention certain striking experiments with mirrors, for example, "aluminum-coated mirrors turned out to be able to reflect and focus the streams of time… When mirrored, the COURSE of time, like a pseudoscalar, changes sign. Therefore, the World with the reverse flow of time should be equivalent to our World reflected in the mirror. ... experiments have shown that the action of time-emitting processes can be reflected by a mirror ...”
Kozyrev also drew attention to stellar action-at-a-distance on physical and biological objects. Of special interest is the fact that yeast culture, placed in the focus of the telescope, while the telescope is directed at a star, will have its vital signs altered dramatically, its zymase activity, in particular.
Laboratory studies have shown the possibility of the action of time on matter and this confirmed the conclusion that the energy of stars is maintained by the time current. Time does not allow the stars to go out, i.e. to come into balance with the space around them. Looking at the starry sky, we do not see atomic furnaces where the destructive forces of Nature operate, but we see the manifestation of vital creative forces that the time current brings into the World. Their action can be observed by the changes in time that occur in cosmic bodies. The observations that have been made have shown that this possibility really exists and that in this way it is possible to start extensive investigations according to a program completely new to astronomy. Its implementation should lead to even deeper knowledge of the essence of the World.
—Kozyrev, N.A. (1977) Astronomical Observations by Means of Physical Properties of Time. Proceedings of the Symposium, Dedicated to the Opening of the 2.6 m Telescope of the Byurakan Astrophysical Observatory, AN ArmSSR, Yerevan, 5-8 October 1976. (In Russian)
In the early 90s in Novosibirsk, under the guidance of scientists at the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences, V.P. Kaznacheev, global experiments on telepathic transmission of visual images were carried out. For this purpose, people transmitting and receiving telepathic information were placed in the inner space of Kozyrev's mirrors. More than a thousand participants from twelve countries of the world were involved. In the course of the research, it was discovered that a volunteer placed in the focus of Kozyrev's mirrors, situated precisely at the focal point of his own reflected radiation, would have a multitude of strange visions, sensations of expansion, of overwhelming warmth and instances of clairvoyance. As said, V. Kaznacheev et al believed that what was occurring was the reaction of the information field of the Earth to the “introduction” of human “thought forms”. What may be implied is that our thought forms are not normally acting upon, but rather a reaction to the information field. One could say it allows the mind to “surface” out of the ambient electromagnetic “stream”, allowing for more stable, powerful imaginal projection.
In 1993-94 similar experiments were carried out in Kosmopoisk. People placed in the cylindrical spirals of Kozyrev's mirrors experienced a wide variety of anomalous psychophysical sensations. They seemed to "come out of their own body." In addition, cases of telekinesis and thought transmission at a distance were recorded. The purpose of the experiments was to study and train human abilities for clairvoyance and looking into the past. These abilities were noticeably sharpened inside their specially configured, concave metal mirrors. The head of Kosmopoisk, V. Chernobrov, also believed that the reason for such phenomena may lie in the change in the density of time, which, according to Kozyrev's theory, occurs in the working area of mirrors.
Recently many researchers have used Kozyrev's mirrors in installations specifically designed for bioenergetic treatment. They report, for example, that certain forms of psychosomatic and psychological diseases are treated with great success. The theoretical basis of the effect, according to their findings, is explained by the fact that there is an appeal to the subjective time of the patient. Each person is a source of time, but constantly loses and dissipates these flows. Kozyrev's mirrors collect them and do not allow them to dissipate. Such mirror systems make it possible to access human reserves, apparently including the reserves of the brain. The reported therapeutic effects are noteworthy— an increase in memory, activation of creativity, and assisting in achieving certain states of psychological coherence, the descriptions of which are reminiscent of Jungian active imagination.
“The first is a hypogeomagnetic chamber, an installation that shields a person from the action of the Earth's magnetic field. In appearance, these are simple pipes, but they simulate a situation that evolutionarily a person has never encountered. All generations of people have developed in the magnetic field of the Earth. And in our installation, it is removed for a short time. And it turns out that, having removed such pressure, we discover the psychophysical reserves of a person, which we did not suspect. Including reserves of psychophysical health.”

Russian Cosmism
Kaznacheev and Trofimov described the results of their long-term fundamental research in the field of “cosmoplanetary anthropology” in the book. “Reflections on Life and Intelligence on Planet Earth”, published by the Nauka publishing house in 2004 in Novosibirsk.
“It contains all the data obtained in 1991-2001, which we never hid, it just took time to process and analyze them correctly. We did it. In 2008 the book was translated into English and published in Germany. The world learned about the unique results of Novosibirsk scientists and appreciated them, much earlier than the “declassified data” about the first “pen tests” in the field of transpersonal psychology,” says Trofimov.
To fully understand the ideation of the authors it is helpful to become acquainted with Russian Cosmism. The philosophy of Cosmism was developed by the Russian philosopher Nikolai Fedorov in the late nineteenth century; he believed that humans had an ethical obligation not only to care for the sick but to cure death using science and technology; outer space was to be the domain of both immortal life and infinite resources. It has many iterations, some have described it as transhumanism with more rockets and less homosexuality, a brand of transhumanism perhaps more appealing to the Russian spirit as “a being in transition, in the process of growing, far from complete, but also consciously creative, called upon to overcome not only the outer world but also his own inner nature” (Semenov 1993).
Other cosmists include Vladimir Vernadsky (1863–1945), who developed the notion of the noosphere and the question of the noosphere's evolution from the biosphere, and, of course, the astrophysicist Nikolai Aleksandrovich Kozyrev, discoverer of Lunar tectonic activity and the author of Causal Mechanics/Theory of Time, namesake of the Kozyrev Mirrors.
"Russian cosmism" and "Russian cosmist thinking" are terms indicative of a broad intellectual movement in contemporary Russia which has scarcely been noticed in the West.... Stated briefly, Russian Cosmism is based on a holistic and anthropocentric view of the universe which presupposes a teleologically determined-and thus meaningful-evolution; its adherents strive to redefine the role of humankind in a universe that lacks a divine plan for salvation, thus acknowledging the threat ofself-destruction. As rational beings who are evolving out of the living matter ...ofthe earth, human beings appear destined to become a decisive factor in cosmic evolution-a collective, cosmic self-consciousness, active agent, Cosmic evolution is thus dependent on human action to reach its goal, which is perfection or wholeness. By failing to act, or failing to act correctly, humankind dooms the world to catastrophe. According to cosmism, the world is in a phase oftransition from the "biosphere" (the sphere of living matter) to the "noosphere" (the sphere of reason). During this phase the active unification and organization of the whole ofhumankind ... into a single organism is said to result in a higher "planetarian consciousness" capable ofguiding further development reasonably and ethically ... changing and perfecting the universe, overcoming disease and death, and finally bringing forth an immortal human race.”

Research in Kozyrev Space
Kozyrev's mirrors, in their most basic formulation, are aluminum sheets twisted in a spiral, which, like concave lenses, can focus various types of radiation, including radiation emanating from biological life forms interacting with active Time flows. The classical design of the “Mirrors of Kozyrev” has the following form - sheets of polished aluminum of a certain alloy, folded clockwise or counterclockwise in 1.5 turns, inside which the measuring equipment and the chair for the experimenter are placed.
Five thousand volunteers were invited for research. They were sent a task in which there was a figurative constructor - 77 signs, made up of symbols of different cultures and peoples that inhabited the Earth.
“According to the conditions of the experiment, the computer randomly selected three to five characters five minutes before the session. This was the program for the transfer of the person who was in the "Mirrors of Kozyrev" in the Far North. He broadcast signs in the information field. And they listened to him, in the hope of getting something, those same five thousand volunteers in different parts of the country, ”
—A. Trofimov
The volunteers were aware in advance of the start time of the session, they had the entire symbolic “constructor” in front of them, but they could not know which symbols would be broadcast.
“When we received the protocols of volunteers, a team of programmers and mathematicians led by Anatoly Piskaikin began to analyze. For mathematical data processing, the Monte Carlo computer program was used. It made it possible to eliminate random guessing of symbols: it was possible to trace the pattern of obtaining information depending on time, place, age, the use of lasers during the broadcast of radio and television facilities, etc. Independent international experts recognized the correctness of the work performed, their compliance with the criteria of fundamental science,”
— Alexander Trofimov.
The CIA was also keeping close track of these experiments. Recently declassified and heavily redacted documents reveal that the CIA had believed the Russians “had perfected their methods in the early 1980s”. They also describe the Russians attempting to transmit bioenergetic patterns of certain diseases onto patients, in order to “control or cure”. Certain rumors and inferences have arisen from this information— if they were able to cure diseases, perhaps they were also able to cause them. We have been unable to substantiate these rumors at this time.
These very interesting documents were hardly reported on in the West, despite causing quite a stir in Russia… and being a convenient vector for some anti-Russia propaganda. I wonder why the regime would be reluctant to bring attention to this research—
Another interesting detail: the people who were receiving the information were asked to simply switch on their television, without even sound or images, but just power, and it gave the opportunity to receive this information more effectively. So this space around the planet, and television and radio space interrelate. And they approached the world with special precautions so that people would know the interrelationship of space and radio waves. It was very important. So, fifteen years ago, they made this research and realized these consequences.

Research in polar Dixon
A group of Novosibirsk scientists led by A.V. Trofimov acted on the scientific assignment of Vlail Kaznacheev. In 1990, specialists assembled a system of mirrors in the polar village of Dikson. Some "Mirrors of Kozyrev" are located on the island, others - on the mainland. Two groups of volunteers took part in the study, whose tasks included many hours of broadcasting and receiving information. After processing the received data, it turned out that only 1/3 of all information could be obtained, and the other part was received with a delay of several hours.
“But the biggest, phenomenal result was that an hour, five and seven hours before the computer randomly generated the symbols, they had already been received by the group. This happened several times! The obtained phenomenal result proves that Nikolai Kozyrev was right: in the Far North, the future is present in the Present,” —A. Trofimov
Kozyrev believed that time is an active substance through which information is transmitted instantly to all points of the universe. The proof of this was his experiment with distant stars. The light that traveled from them to the Earth for years or hundreds of years was recorded by a telescope and plunged astronomers into the past - they saw a signal from the past. But it turned out that if you point the telescope at the place where the star, according to calculations, should be in the present or future, the instruments will also record these signals. Kozyrev pointed out that such an interaction occurs between active time and the human brain if a person is situated in the focal point between concave mirrors. In their subsequent works, Novosibirsk scientists proved this by publishing the data in the collection of scientific articles “Man — the Mirror of the Universe” (Novosibirsk: Akademizdat, 2020).
“Why did we do it in the north? Kozyrev said that the energy flows of time do not just have a course or direction. They have a different course and direction in different parts of the globe. He, with a gyroscope (torsional scale), with a spinning object for measuring weight, saw that above 73 degrees north latitude, the effect of increasing weight is no longer fixed for a certain direction of rotation of the control weight. He associated this with a change in the direction of the energy-time flow,”
—A. Trofimov
Conclusion
Presently, researchers in the field of cosmoplanetary anthropology continue to work on improving the Kozyrev Mirrors and have created their new technological version of the MNIIK Mirrors, which are included in the Innovations 2020-2021 catalog. Cosmo-planetary researchers are confident that this technology can be used to monitor events that threaten humanity - earthquakes and various cataclysms, as well as to implement programs to cure psychogenic illness and perhaps even slow down the rate of aging of the body.
“We live in a world of universal information communication with each other, our task is to help the most sensitive people to the slightest fluctuations in solar activity. The second task - monitoring the future - is real. We have been studying this monitoring for 30 years and have learned in the Mirrors of Kozyrev. Our data was published in a report at the International Congress on the Prediction of Natural Disasters in Melbourne in 2018. We were able to scientifically predict earthquakes seven days before they started! All this has long been written and published, it remains only for everyone to realize that the results obtained by the corpus of modern science ahead of our time are no longer fantasies, and not even science fiction, but a new scientific reality of the third millennium,
—A. Trofimov
As stated by the primary authors of the research, the future application of Kozyrev mirror technologies is near limitless, some suggestions offered by A. Trofimov are as follows—
1. Conduct alternative, in relation to expensive rocket technologies, studies of near-Earth space, near and far space with the choice of optimal sites for landing automatic and manned spacecraft and the creation of automatic or habitable bases on the Moon, Mars, and planets of other star systems.
2. To develop alternative technologies for forecasting helio-geophysical (solar-energy, volcanic, seismo-tectonic, climatic, meteorological-synoptic), geopolitical, socio-economic, and other global processes
3. Carry out virtual (without excavations) paleo-archaeological studies of
the most valuable monuments of various cultures, make virtual expeditions
along the paths of great population migration streams of humanity
4. Implement alternative (in relation to the SETI project) programs for searching for extraterrestrial intelligent civilizations and studying their super-technologies on the basis of an "instantaneous" dialogue in an unlimited, in relation to the speed of light, "Kozyrev space".
5. Create and test technologies for slowing down the rate of aging of the
the human body and its recovery through a decrease in individual risks of many intractable helio-dependent diseases (genetic, neuropsychic, cardiovascular, etc.) based on the management of a person’s subjective time in the “Kozyrev space” using certified computer programs: “Helios”, “Helios-Milky Way” and shielding "energy-time" flows of medical devices, previously approved by the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation. Below I have included some information for the construction of a Kozarev Device. It is my belief that this technology could provide a cheap, autonomous alternative to pharmaceutical interventions. That is my opinion as a layman, I am not a doctor, thank God. If anyone is interested in more material and/or practical instructions, please DM me on Twitter.

I see a weak connection between what was written here and what others say about 5G Cellular being used for mind control. Everyone acts like wifi, radio, and cellular signals don't effect us and if they do then it really effects a lot of the people in power today.
I also find it odd how sensitivity to clectromagnetism was such a prominent theme in Better Call Saul. The show presents the condition as entirely psychosomatic.
What if Babel Tower was just one of those giant Kozyrev spiral focusing devices?
