Kozyrev's Mirrors
schwabstack.substack.com

On the 24th of December 1990 at the Institute of Experimental Medicine of the Academy of Sciences, Siberian Branch, in the Dikson urban-type settlement near the north polar circle—

Deep in the frigid recesses of the research facility, there is a curious spiral shaped device made of a reflective aluminum alloy, within it is a psychonaut wrapped in various electronic equipment. The man is told to focus on various ancient symbols, pictograms and glyphs until a certain arcane triune symbol—representing past, present, future—is placed in the chamber. What occurs astonishes the scientists: around the apparatus emanates an intense field, a field of pure terror. Anyone who approaches the device immediately begins to feel wild, unjustified fear. Moving away causes the fear to dissipate until eventually it fades.

In subsequent experiments various trans-mundane phenomenon emanate from the space inside the mirror device: powerful magnetic anomalies are measured as well as electrical manifestations, “plasmoids”, similar in appearance to ball lightning. Over the course of the experiments, according to some witnesses in the surrounding settlement, strange polar lights would cascade directly over the building. These spectacular events were only the beginning of a journey, by all accounts, into the world’s most successful ESP research.

"At Dixon, a cycle of long-term studies of the 'Kozyrev space' was
begun, which theoretically allowed for the presence of 'past and future in
the present' and the possibility of observing future, yet unrealized events
at high latitudes."

—Alexander Trofimov

Alexander Trofimov General Director and Chairman of the Scientific Council of the International Research Institute of Space Planetary Anthropoecology named after V.I. Academician V.P. Kaznacheev , Chairman of the Novosibirsk branch of the Russian Space Society, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Academician of ABI

“We have created mirrors which enable us to explore the paradox of cosmic entanglement of consciousness and the effect of superposition of consciousness in space and time at the modern scientific level. This is only possible in Kozyrev's Mirrors.”

—A. Trofimov

It was assumed by these scientists, operating according to the Cosmist theories of Vlail Kaznacheev and Alexander Trofimov, that these phenomena were the reaction of the Earth's geomagnetic grid to human thought forms, amplified by their device. In this way, the symbol on the inside mirror device interacted with the “information field” of the Earth.

Vlail Petrovich Kaznacheev (July 17, 1924, Tomsk  - October 13, 2014, Novosibirsk ) - Russian scientist in the field of medicine , biophysics , ecology , sociology , pedagogy ; Doctor of Medical Sciences , Academician of the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences and the Russian Academy of Sciences (after the merger), Professor , Advisor to the Directorate of the GU NCCEM SB RAMS

According to Trofimov and Kaznacheev—

1) our planet’s electromagnetic field is actually a kind of “veil” which filters time and place down to our everyday Newtonian reality — enabling us to have the human experience of linear time,

2) in the absence of an electromagnetic field, we have access to an energy field of “instantaneous locality” that underlies our reality,

3) that the limiting effect of the electromagnetic field on an individual is moderated by the amount of solar electromagnetic activity occurring while that person was in utero, and

4) that once a person has accessed these states, his consciousness remains enhanced.

This of course dovetails perfectly with the findings of Ebner. The electro-biological field interacts with the larger cosmic field. This is how magnetosensitivity is formed - a measure of the perception of magnetic factors imbued into the organism, affecting its ability to respond in that system.

Arcadia in the Elektrofeld
“It has been proven psychologically that human beings can only appreciate or apprise, i.e. comprehend and understand, something new, if they can succeed in raising up the subconscious immured in their brain cells into their higher consciousness. If this cannot be achieved, then all preaching is useless. And even the eye has first to learn how to see everything new; it too must therefore be awoken from its latency before it can grasp the seen. Above all, there must be readiness to consider even supposed wonders as the forerunners of forthcoming realities, for only thus can the foundations be laid upon which rational mind can calculate and analyze…

This sensitivity to the greater “cosmic” system is one of the main components of the fundamental properties of living matter which, according to Kaznacheev, is called cosmophilia. "Cosmophiles" more easily enter into interaction with cosmic flows; in contrast to them, “cosmophobes” have lost their original geocosmic sensory property.
